layout problem

I have a 3col x 2row layout with no spacing but for some reason I cant find why between the 1st row and 2nd row I have a spacing. I have checked my CSS but cant find anything , is this editable in the coding somewhere please

Not exactly sure of your issue, spacing would depend on the blocks you are using, and what is in them. You can apply a negative bottom or top margin in design to reduce space.
