Left to right issue

Hi friends,
I am trying to switch directions left to right of the "menu" and "contact form".
1. How do i switch the order of the pages on the "menu" so that the first from the right will be "home page", so far when i tried to pull it of the "home page" always stay on the left and only the other pages are switching directions.
So.. how can do it ?
2. "contact form - I am also trying to get the words: Name, E mail, telephone, message, etc. to be in the right side instead of the left but can't?
any help will be appriciated

For menu : just reorder your page from sitemap by dragg and drop.
For Contact : craete a template for form block and can change layout.
