Licenses and offline site

Hi everyone,

I have installed c5.7.4.2 on my lapetop using Xaamp and am about to upload a copy of my database. How do I go about getting my licensed add-ons / themes to work with my development site? The documentation on the subject is scarce to say the least.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
