Limiting Form email "overhead" text.

Sorry for the awkward subject but the question I have is how to limit the content of the email that is sent out from a form to the bare minimum.
I have created a form that will send a email to txt message and the problem is that the form contents do not get displayed in the text message since the message overflows with the "There has been a form submission...".
