Link on complete block instead of only on text

Hello all,
I'm trying to build a website using concrete5 for a school project to prove the functionality of webflow. So far everything went fine but now when I transfered it to a Concrete5 theme I have a problem when editing it.
On the website there is a News & Activity section on the bottom left, here I have 3 sort of buttons to go to the correct page. I want to have it that when you hover the button you can already click on it. But so far I have been only able to edit the text and make the text link to another page and not the complete block. I want the text to be editable and also the link to be editable through the webinterface of concrete5 and not like the text is editable but the link to page has to be edited in the html itself.
Does someone have an idea to accomplish this?
