I am trying to convert a site with a lot of pdf content that is currently kept in files in the filesystem. I would like to link to the files in their current location rather than uploading all of them to the File Manager. When I insert a link to the file using a relative path, I expect to get "http://www.mysite.com/forms/filename.pdf", but instead get "http://www.mysite.com/index.php/forms/filename.pdf", which will clearly not be found. How can I leverage my site's existing file structure in order to minimize rework?
