2. Are you asking how to link TO your home page from other pages or within your sitemap? (Add External Link and enter your website's address as the link.)
Or are you asking how to put one link to another page in the content of your homepage? In which case you add a "Content" block and click the "Insert Link to Page" button at the very top of the editor window.
