Linking pages

This may be a very simple answer and I could be missing something...
I am setting up the nav and I want 2 pages to link to the same page. I have a drop down and the parent (index) should link to the first page of the child menu.
If that makes sense but I can't seem to see how that would work. Thanks in advance
