Links in standard Form block labels

Hi,
Is it possible to use links in labels of checkboxes in standard Form block? I thing there is no problem with adding links into general form labels (html is parsed normal there), but when I want to add checkbox i.e. "I accept the Rules", where Rules is active link to site with rules - it break down. The label looks like:
Any ideas?
