links to change page content?

I'd like to add a list of links to the left sidebar that would change the main content on the same page. If you look at the "Instruments" page of my site (http://bartell.ronsound.com ), the links on the left would change the instrument content to the right. Is this possible?
I took your advice on the 1st approach by making more pages then letting them add to a navbar. That was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I'll need to play with the image sizes so they don't go outside the frame, though. It definitely looks better!

2) make anchor links in the content, and then use them from a text nav you make on the side. There's a little anchor icon in the content editor that lets you do this.. if you google "anchor links" there will be plenty of info around how this works...
