Log in problem

Hi,

I am trying to reset a password and Concrete recognizes my email address as username, is telling me that is sending me a password to reset but I don't get anything (I checked the SPAM folder).

Any suggestions?

If you installed with simple scripts it will take the email the hosting account is under.

Bit of a late reply but for others having the same kind problem check out Concrete5 Instant Admin athttp://forestmist.org/2012/07/concrete5-instant-admin/...

All you need is file (most likely FTP) access and Concrete5 Instant Admin will create a new admin account for you.
