logging in for the first time

When I log in using the info sent in the email, it immediately tells me that the page index.php is not available and sends me to Yahoo. I've tried unstalling/reinstalling C5 to no avail.
Yes, I downloaded it from my domain host provider, to build a website and am unable to log in to start anything. I uninstalled, re-installed, and am still having the same problem. I'm hoping you can help!
since you downloaded it from your host, i assume you have the minimum requirements, you should try downloading it from sourceforge instead of from your host link at the bottom of the page
Is this a fresh install and are you logging in for the first time? or are you talking about a user who has signed up?....
