Logging In to Make Changes to Website

Newbie here... need some help.

Yesterday I changed the Theme of a website I have been creating with Concrete5, from Greek Yogurt to School Bus. I no longer have a link at the bottom of the page - or anywhere on the page for that matter - to sign in so I can make more changes.

Can someone tell me how I can log in now??
