You need to customize the style of the login page so it looks the way you want inside that div, and then you need to change whatever login links you have on your site to use a lightbox effect of some kind.

How familiar are you with HTML and CSS? If you're a designer already this probably won't be too hard. But if you aren't familiar with HTML and CSS it's going to be a bit challenging (and I suggest learning how to do something like this outside of the concrete5 system first, then once you have it working and understand what it's all about, try to implement it inside of Concrete5).
