Login issues

I am having issues logging in to edit my site. I even went and changed my password and reset things. When I go to login it simply brings me to my home page with no "top bar" where the Edit and Dashboard etc sit... I'm sure it is just me missing something small and dumb. Help!

Are you using your own theme? In that case you have probably forgot to add the following essential piece a code right before the ending /body tag:
<?php Loader::element('footer_required'); ?>


If you are using a downloaded theme or one of the core themes you might have added a javascript clashing with the core.
