Login not working, forget your password not working! HELP!

So I've been working on my clients site for the last week. I have another set of changes that needed to be made. I logged in using the same user name and password that I have always used for this site, and its saying Invalid username or password.
I even tried resetting my password, and its saying We have no record of that email address.
HELP! What the F%^& is going on here? I am the only one that has access to this site.

If you have access to a cPanel for this site, you can also put the correct email address back in the database manually, using PHPmyAdmin.
