Lost ability to edit blocks after move to base url

I moved the site from test mode (http://www.brandroundtable.com/concrete5/) to live on base url (http://www.brandroundtable.com). The site loads and I can sign in to edit. Once in, I can't edit any of the blocks. the site php looks right. Any thoughts?
This is a wild stab in the dark, but I just had something similar happen to me, although it wasn't during a site transfer. I did something, I still don't know what, that made me have to go back and make sure my editing permission was enabled for my administrator group.
