Lost ability to set font size on content boxes

I recently conducted a backup restore and had some minor problems that have been corrected for the most part. The problem is that I no longer have the option to adjust font sizes when I add content blocks. Does anyone know how to correct this?

try downloading the version of c5 you have from c5, then uploading /concrete/blocks/content from their to the same folder online.
