Lost access to "Add Content Slide-out Panel"

Please help as I seem to have accidentally the whole thing...

The panel slides out but it's completely empty and there is no dropdown for Blocks - Stacks - Clipboard anymore...

What I was working on right before this happened was adding some "Content" blocks to the site and I used the copy to clipboard feature and I was pasting in copies and editing them causing them to become their own entities... anyway, as the store progresses I noticed that something I have at the footer of my page was breaking some javascript further up which was working fine before adding it. The block in question was the "Social Media Icons based on FontAwesome" which was breaking other things when it was on the page. I was going to remove it but I decided to copy it to the clipboard and that's when things went sideways... I copied it to the clipboard, deleted it from the page, and now I no longer have anything in the slide-out panel as shown in the attached screenshot. Any suggestions would be great as I've put a LOT of work into this and I can't start over...

Disregard....

For anyone who happens across who may be stuck in a similar quandary... I found the clue to the answer here ->https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/5-7-discussion/clearing-t... which led me to some manual database manipulation. Why is there no feature in the Dashboard for clearing out the Clipboard when a rogue add-on can break it? :(
