Made a mistake and now I cannot login

Updated the login page on our site and have uninstalled flexcrete theme.. I have removed the theme from the packages directory, but now I cannot login..

Ref. http://masonic-oregon.com/login... and just shows as "I am here".. I did create a page on the site map called login and it is being overwritten by that when I should have removed the custom page.
