maintenance mode

When I started working on the site I had it placed in maintenance mode, now I am done with placing the basic and want to get imput from friends who won't be getting a login account.

For some reason I can't seem to find the maintenance mode anymore to turn it off, where can I find it?

Dashboard -> Sitewide settings -> Access -> Maintenance mode.
