Can anyone help me with making my Concrete5 site mobile-friendly?

URL (live site), C5 version, theme being used would help.

Theme: don't know, but when I select "Design" from Edit drop-down, Slate is highlighted
When I open "Themes" in Dashboard, the following are installed: Plain Yogurt, Green Salad, Dark Chocolate, Greek Yogurt, & Slate

For the most part 'Slate' is a 'mobile friendly' C5 theme. However the set up you have does need modifying.
