I created one form in a page called (Curricular Practical Training Approval Letter Request).
But when I checked the Report folder from the Dashboard, there are many folder with that name page. I test that and submit one by using this form and it goes to the last one. I attached a picture to show you how many folder with the same name even if the last one is one that it will have the submit from that form.
the question is, how I can clean that and delete all the rest with the same name from the report folder??
