If you are using concrete5 5.7, you can use the Google Map block custom template I have attached to this reply.

- copy the contents of google_map_satellite_template.zip into the application folder
- after copying, you should have this folder path
application\blocks\google_map\templates\satellite
- put the page into Edit Mode
- click on the Google Map block
- select Design & Custom Template from the menu
- click on the gear icon
- under Custom Template, select "Satellite" from the select dropdown
- save
