Marketplace registration on site set up for client

Hello,

I am setting up a Concrete 5 based site for a client. I need to purchase some add-ons for him - should I link the site to a new account created by me on his behalf or link it to my own?

What is the cons for me and my client if I linked it to my own?

Is it possible to move the site/project to another account (including any purchased addons and themes) to another Concrete 5 account later on?

Kind regards,

Sune

Have a look at the bottom of this page to see how to assign addons to other accounts.

I find it depends on the type of customer you are dealing with. If they want to be hands on I suggest they set up their own account but if they are not hands on then I normally do it for them.
It's really what works best for both you and your customer.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
I always get to believe that there is no Concrete 5 documentation on a specific topic, but it's just me never able to find it.

It's a big site and lots of stuff squirrelled away. The forums are great places to get answers, always people around that are happy to help.
