Hey There,

I need some help with a custom concrete5 theme that i recently upgraded to 5.5! I'm having the same issue as many people when it comes to the positioning of my site vs. the menu bar at the top (i'm not too worried what it looks like in edit mode)

The big issue is that the bar, even when signed out, still appears in one form or the other on all pages, for all users.
