Is there a way the make the autonav menu horizontally then vertically?
And is there a way to hide the "Home" link in the menu, just show the links under this section?

To hide the Home page from the menu, simply go to that page and edit the Properties. In the Properties dialog box, go to the "Custom Attributes" tab. From the menu on the left, select the attribute "Exclude from Nav". Then, check the checkbox and save the properties. This will prevent the Home page from showing up on the menu.
