Messed up my Blog page

So I did the unthinkable. I removed the sample blog pages. Now when I create a new blog (I'm using the Plain Yogurt theme), the right sidebar doesn't display the month navigation. I don't know what block was used for this section, and I haven't been able to recover the deleted pages to restore the functionality. Any help is appreciated!

hey, I believe the block on the right sidebar you are looking for is ¨date navigation¨ and is part of the core blocks.
