Minor Issue and Active Links

Hey everyone. I was hoping someone could help with one small issue, and then the CSS required for Active Links at the top level. The issue is the random white bar between the Press and Research Section and the Capabilities section.

You have two doctype and head tags.

There is a ul inside the head tag.

You have two closing head tags.

You have two closing body tags and html tags.

Sort them out and things should improve.
