Missing blocks

Hi,
Trying to update a page of my website. When adding a block, I only get the blocks in the "other" section. All the other blocks are gone???
I do see all the blocks in the "Stack & Blocks" section though.
The site is using 8.3.1 (Yes, I want to upgrade, but this needs to be done first!)

Hello. This is really impossible to answer without more information.
- Did you do anything before it happened (installed new blocks or packages for instance)
- Do you see any errors in C5's log or the browser's console
- Did you check if maybe they were hidden by CSS (unlikely but you never know)
Obviously, if you still see them in the dashboard and the installed instances have not disappeared from your pages, they're still there so the problem would be just with that list.
