modify view.php to include the nav global stack

Can anyone give me some guidance, I'm trying modify view.php in a theme to include the nav global stack.

Before somebody can help you, we have to understand you... Can you be a bit more clearer about what you're trying to achieve?

I installed pro blog, works good. However the blog pages do not have the same nav at the top that all the other pages on the site have.

I have to do something so the new blog pages have the nav at the top.

example no nav:

http://tampasbestblog.com/index.php/blog/tampa-theatre/...

example with nav:

http://tampasbestblog.com/index.php/blog/...
