move command problem

I have a problem with the move command does not work
select a specific content I click and select Move trying to do drag and drop but did not move anything, give more when save position locks,is necessary to give refresh in browser

i use concret 5.4.1

Please help my

How can we move blocks, when they won't move?

Ok solved the problem, IE9 sucks! switched over to google chrome, editing is twice the speed and many difficulties and issues with editing etc. have dissapeared. Shouldn't IE be banned now?

If you need to fix this before the next version of C5 is released, I found a "hotfix" you can add to your theme's header to address this problem:
