move pages acros instances?

is it somehow possbile to copy pages like here described but from one c5 instance to another (e.g. from test to live)

Copying and pasting across instances is not possible as far as I know. You are not simply copying and pasting html as you do with your OS's clipboard. The C5's 'clipboard' is pulling the page's information from a specific instance's database and the references contained in this clipboard data cannot be 'pasted' into another instances database.

If your test install is complete, you can create a backup and restore it on your live server - just remember to copy the file structure en masse and bring along your config/site.php for the password salt.
