I was moving a block up and it got stuck with the site wide header and I cannot remove the error.

It is so strange that the public view do not see the problem as per screen shot one attached.
When sign-in as admin, the sticky block shows up which should not be there as per screen shot two. "See you next time!" should not be there.

When I click edit the page, the sticky block is there as per screen shot three.

I hope someone can help here because the site is suppose to go live in two days!!!
