My client is trying to put some content in their site, and now they're dealing with a weird block move issue.

As you can see from the screen capture at the google drive link below, when they go into the edit block menu, choose "Move" and try to move a block, it elongates the page like it's adding carriage returns, but blocks don't move.

Any ideas??

Update:
It was due to a Jquery.UI conflict. All is good now!
