Moving pages project to project (same acc)

Hi, I have a trial site.. Also I've connected c5 with my bluehost'd domain.
So, I have 2 projects (trial and domain, on same account).
I wish to transfer pages from the trial to the domain project/s.
Is this possible? Easiest method?
