MS Word Mac 2011 templates

MS Word Mac 2011 gives wonderful templates, far better than I've discovered (so far) among Concrete5 add-ons or themes. Is there a way to use a document created by a Word template online with Concrete 5?
Take the html output. Manually edit to remove any MS specific crud (I am sure there will be lots). Then followhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/designers/making-a-t...
As a newbie, I appreciate your advice but can't use it even to begin. I don't know how to do any of that. Now what?
"MS Word Mac 2011 gives wonderful templates, far better than I've discovered (so far) among Concrete5 add-ons or themes" I will just treat that statement with the contempt in deserves ;-)
If You are serious about creating your own Concrete5 theme, but know nothing of HTML or CSS then you are going to have a major uphill struggle. If you wish to learn HTML and CSS there a few good resources online:
http://www.w3schools.com/
http://htmldog.com/
http://www.lynda.com/ (Premium)
Once the basics are established, then the tutorial JohntheFish linked to is a great place to begin your theme building endeavours. you wont need much PHP knowledge to build a basic Concrete5 theme, all you need can be found in the developers docs, or there is a great C5 cheat sheet here:

Good luck.

Thanks so much for your interest and timely advice. Now, sympathy is in order. At 83, I doubt I'll be able to get very far into HTML or CSS or whatever.
You could always hire someone to convert one.
