Multiple Forms on a page problems.

I have a contact page that contains a contact form and an order form. In the reports within the dashboard they are both consolidated into One form. Why is that? I give them separate names when I make the blocks, one is Contact the other is Order /Quote. Also, If I submit one both respond with the submital language. What is happening? Is there no way to have more than one form per page? Check it out here:
