Multiple Group Member's pages

Hello!
Lets say I have the following groups:
Administrators
Group A
Group B
Group C
I would like to have a members page for each group or a way to select the group I want to display at the members page. Is it possible? How? Which of the two solutions (multiple pages or one page with selection of group) would be better?
