multiple pages simultaneously disappear???

After extensively revising a few different sections on my website over the last several weeks (geonomicdevelopments.com) I went to publish and....the sections completely disappeared. They do NOT appear in the sitemap anymore and do not show up when I do a page search.
Notes: The sections did at first publish correctly. I then moved a section inside of another section (thru sitemap), returned to website and they are all GONE, including the section I tried to move. No evidence of them appears anywhere. AND the last version I had published does not show up as a past version...
Any insight would be amazing. I have contacted my hosting company but have not heard back. Please help!!

all the links I clicked on worked- what are the sections?
The section is called "recent projects". the problem must have something to do with permissions but I cannot figure out what. when i merged 2 sections into "recent projects" all these problems began instantly.
Now i can get the section heading to show up, but the content will not publish (only appears when logged in as admin) and will not appear for any other users even though i have permissions set to do so.
