Multiple upload never finishes

Hi,

I have a problem on one of my sites that when uploading multiple files, although the files do actually appear in filemanager, the file progress bars get to the end then stick and the progress window never closes which prevents the uploaded files being put into a set. If the progress window is closed manually, the files are there in file manager.

Any thoughts?
