My content disappeared

I posted content on my page and now its gone. I even tried to go back to past versions and they were all blank. Has any one ever had this problem before, if so what was the problem?
are you using the security wall plugin?
no, is that a must?
I found the problem the problog designer had updated the app to fit the new concrete update but concrete5 had not released the update yet. So things just werent matching up thanks.
