My_Site_Name conflict

I was using the My_Site_Name global scrapbook to add a logo to the theme I am using, the issue i am running into the that the block over runs half of my auto nav bar at the top, so that you can only click the bottom half of the nav bar, the rest is just like clicking the logo. I am having a hard time figuring out how to fix this.
