MySQL Error when publishing Composer Blog Entry

I get the following error when I publish a blog entry in the Composer:
An unexpected error occurred.
mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry '171-1-14-238' for key 'PRIMARY'] in EXECUTE("UPDATE CollectionAttributeValues SET avID=238 WHERE cID=171 and cvID=1 and akID=14")
Anybody know what when wrong or how I can put it right!
I can't publish anything at all with the composer at the moment.

I'm curious if you ever figured out what caused this issue and if there is a fix.
Hi snapcridge, yes I did sort it out in the end, although I'm not quite sure how it happened!
The problem stated when I reverted back to a previous version of the Blog page, the only way I could clear it was to delete all the saved, revised versions of it and go back to the latest version (which I edited manually to return it to a previous state without using one of the saved versions again).
After that the Composer worked as normal.
