Name of website

Why can't I change the name of my website? I've used the sitewide settings and it doesn't work. Is there somewhere else I need to change it?

First try clearing your cache, same page as site name.

Second and last resort go to scrapbook global and edit the entry "my_site_name"
May have to clear cache again after.
If global doesn't have this entry create a content block and leave it blank, but name it "my_site_name"

Let me know if this work's.

I tried clearing the CACHE first and that did not work.

Then I applied the second option and worked fine.

I still went back and cleared Cache again just in case but it seems to be working.
