Nav links borked

On [a href="http://lingualucida.com">site</a>, my nav tabs just link back to the home page. The tab, français, for example, opens to .../francais but should have the text in this address:
http://lingualucida.com/index.php/francais/...
But when I change the text in .../francais to the above, it changes all the text in Home and About.
This is obviously a basic error on my part.

I would guess that your .htaccecss is wrong somehow. If you disable pretty urls in the dashboard, does the menu work as expected?
