Nav Menu Width

All of my navigation menu icons had fit in one row across each page of my site. I had not made any changes or additions and the next time I signed in to my site, the last icon on the right had moved down/to the far left, to start a second row. I am using the Radius theme.
Does anyone know why this may have happened and how to change it? This is a responsive theme and I have been using the same computer (i.e.. same browser/screen size) for editing (I am using xammp and localhost). Thanks!

Did you have a screenshot or URL with the issue ?
Here is the screenshot. The "Contact Our Therapists" button was on the first line then went to the second line when I signed in one day, and has remained there since. I made no apparent changes from the one day to the next.
