Navigation Problem

Hi, im having a problem with the navigation bar. It is stuck at the top of the container and it has to be 90px ftom top to bottom.
I would even pay someone to help me with this since i have tried everything and can't figure it out.
The annoying thing is that it is something small i know that but can't find the bug.

You’ve got a header, content, content2 and footer. Which one is the nav? Also, do you have an image of what you want?

Inside the header there is a li div tag and that is the nav.

I have it like this. A good way to do this is build the structure in html then replace your editable areas with code and rename to default.php and work from there.
