Just upgraded my site to 5.3.3.1, and now all the pages that aren't supposed to show up in the navigation bar are showing up. There used to be a check box to remove them, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know where this is?

is it in the dashboard under page attributes?

I found it. There was a problem with our installation, and once fixed it showed up.
