I am attempting to change the default template by deleting the horizontal navigation on top and inserting an auto-nav block in the left sidebar. It looks like I'm going to have trouble with that method. I had left the Examples folder in so that I could reference it while building the site and I see when I click on the Examples folder, all of the items in that folder appear above all of the other main items in the navigation, such as Home, About Us, Contact Us, etc.

Am I going to have to download a template with left navigation already set up rather than customize the default? Or do some backbone coding? I don't know PHP.

I tried to download a template with left navigation but ran into trouble. The issue is ongoing in another forum topic so I won't go into it here.
